Open Positions
Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Full-Time / Part-Time
Provide direct care, supervision, and training to residents in our homes. DSPs assist with personal care, support medication self-administration, prepare meals, implement daily programs, and serve as positive role models — building meaningful connections with the people we serve every day.
House Manager
Full-Time
Oversee daily operations in a licensed residential facility, supervising DSP staff, coordinating resident care plans, and ensuring quality program implementation. House Managers maintain documentation, assist with incident reporting, and ensure each home remains safe, organized, and compliant.
Day Program Coach
Full-Time / Part-Time
Lead and facilitate daily activities within the Desire to Inspire day program. Day Program Coaches plan community outings, facilitate skills-building sessions, and create an engaging, supportive environment for adult participants from multiple programs and facilities.
Bilingual Administrative Assistant
Full-Time
Provide administrative and operational support to leadership, maintaining confidential client and employee records, coordinating scheduling, handling communications in English and Spanish, and supporting daily office operations across our care programs.
